ACCOMMODATION

 

  

Local organiser holds allocations at different hotels. All hotels are within walking distance from the Congress Centre (CD), except M Hotel and Bit Center. Local organiser strongly recommends Hotel Lev and Hotel Slon.

 

Exact hotel rates for different categories are stated in the description of each hotel.

 

For cheaper  accommodation Local Organiser recommends Hotel Park and Bit center. For (student) accommodation in Dormitory see Bit center.

HOW TO BOOK


Hotel reservations must be made by completing and returning the FORM B to selected Hotel, no later than the date specified for each Hotel separately. The number of rooms available for the Congress is limited and accommodation cannot be guaranteed after this date. If there are no more vacancies in the Hotel of your choice, we will do our best to find an alternative.

Cancellation details are specified for each Hotel separately. All cancellations must be sent in writing to Hotel (mail or fax). It is advised to get a confirmation of cancellation from the Hotel.
